Jamb Closing Date for Registration 2023 and Exam

Do you want to know the JAMB closing date? Then here’s everything you need to know concerning this year’s  jamb exam.

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) always announce the date for the beginning of registration and the closing date. Last year, they announced that registration start on the 10th of January 2019 and will be closed on the 6th of February 2019 before they postponed it.

However, if you are one of the student that want to take part in JAMB 2020, you have to make sure that you are keeping all the information relevant to jamb besides you.

This is because the JAMB closing date and the exam date might be postponed anytime. So, you have to always keep the information tight.

JAMB  Closing Date and Exam Date

The exam board have disclosed that the portal for registration will start on December 2019 which is just some weeks near and the exam will commence on March 2020. Therefore, jamb closing date will be around some weeks after registration. We urge all interested student to register before it’s too late.

Though, they might extend the Jamb registration date and the exam date to another period of time. I’ll let you know if that happens. So, always check back, I’ll  keep you updated if the jamb closing date or exam date is extended.

All candidates should note that there are some things that are not allowed into the exam hall.

Below are the ban items by JAMB for 2019 UTME exam.

• Phones or similar devices
• Wrist watches
• Calculators
• Pen and other writing materials

Jamb always want to ensure malpractice free exam. As a result, the exam board has banned and warned all candidates not to take writing material and the likes mentioned above into the exam hall.

Therefore, it’s better to leave the above items outside and adhere strictly to all the rules if you don’t want to get yourself involved in malpractice issues.
